Payments are due at the end of each face-to-face session and are payable by cash or online banking transfer. A receipt or bill invoice, will be provided for you. California Counseling is not coverd by the Basic Swiss Healthcare Providers. However, some Supplement Healthcare Providers do reimburse you for part of your therapy sessions, if my name is on their Psychologist FSP list and you get a referal from your General Practitioner.

Keep in mind that all Health- Insurance-Companies do require a diagnosis from their clients. If you would like to avoid to have any "psychological diagnosis" listed from you in the health sector, you might not want to bill them.

Otherwise, to see if part of my psychological services will be covered by your Supplement Healthcare Providers, please contact your Insurance Provider and ask them if my name is on their list.

Skype or VSee sessions, should be paid via online banking transfer, prior to each scheduled session.

Regular weekly sessions are important for the best treatment results. In order to ensure that your block of time slot is reserved, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed sessions will be charged in full.
